The vibration of the aircraft hydraulic pipeline system is easy to cause a variety of failures and accidents. With the development of the hydraulic system of the modern aircraft to the high pressure and high power, the influence of the vibration of the pipeline is becoming more and more prominent. Compared with the active vibration suppression method, the passive vibration suppression method is more easy to implement and the reliability is higher. In the passive vibration suppression, by changing the pipeline’s layout mode could avoid the resonance frequency of the excitation source. However, because of the limited space on the plane, the shape of the pipeline is very difficult to control. While, the form, number, installation position and stiffness of the support of the pipe system have a greatly influence to the dynamic characteristics of the pipelines. It is an effective method to adjust the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline system to reduce the vibration by optimizing the parameters of the supports.In this paper, the influence of the support parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline system is studied based on the hydraulic pipeline system. The main research contents are as follows:(1) The mathematical model of multi support of straight pipe, elbow pipe, branch pipe and the space complex pipeline system is derived by using the transfer matrix method. And the model can quickly and accurately calculate the modal of the piping system and complete the harmonic response analysis.(2) Taking a pipeline system as the research object, this paper studies the influences of the supporting number, the supporting position, the supporting stiffness and the pipe clamps’ tightening force on the vibration characteristics of the pipeline system using the mathematical model.(3) The sensitivity analysis method of rank correlation coefficient of Spearman and the optimal design method based on multi-objective genetic algorithm are introduced. And The work of sensitivity analysis and optimization design of the support parameters of the pipeline system has accomplished by using the Ansys software.(4) By taking an experimental analysis, the accuracy of the mathematical model based on the transfer matrix method and the Ansys software has been verified. The influence of the stiffness of the support stiffness on the vibration characteristics of the pipeline system is verified. The influence of the pre tightening force on the vibration characteristics of the pipeline system is verified. And the accuracy of the optimal design of the pipeline system is verified by using the method of surface response method and multi objective genetic algorithm.(5) The feasibility of the method is verified by the optimization design of the supports’ layout of a section of the pipeline system.
