As an important source of power, the hydraulic system plays a key role in the various working conditions of the aircraft. Its reliability and stability affect the safe flight of the aircraft. In recent years, hydraulic system failures often happen due to the vibration of aircraft pipelines, causing a great threat to the safety of the people on board. Therefore, the vibration simulation analysis of aircraft hydraulic pipeline system is very important, and it can provide certain ideas and methods for solving the actual problems caused by the vibration of aircraft hydraulic pipeline. In this paper, the hydraulic pipeline system of a certain aircraft is taken as the research object, and the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline system is studied in detail.First, the finite element analysis method for the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline system is introduced;Secondly, the model of the hydraulic pipeline system is reasonably simplified. The 3D modeling is carried out by CATIA software and then imported into the finite element simulation analysis software ANSYS Workbench;Next, the fluid-solid coupling method and equivalent mass method are applied to analyze the modal of the hydraulic pipeline system.Meanwhile,in order to study the influence of the nature of the pipeline on the structural dynamic characteristics,a modal analysis of the hose system is carried out; After that, the pressure-frequency analysis of the hydraulic pipeline is carried out by selecting the typical pressure; Finally, the vibration response of the hydraulic pipeline system under the fluid-solid coupling condition is analyzed, and the simulation analysis results are compared with the experimental data. The rationality of the modeling and the correctness of the finite element analysis are verified, which lays the foundation for further research on the dynamic characteristics of the model.
