In the shipyard, airport runways, concrete roads, buildings and other engineering structures in the foundation slabs, the elastic foundation beam and plate forms are the widely used.Although the analysis of elastic foundation slab is a classic course, due to new foundation models, analytical methods an computational tools start to appear, this problem has been still under way. This paper focuses on the subject, using the foundation model Boussinesq of elastic foundation beams and plates were studied. In the elastic foundation and foundation beams(plates) systems, using the first sub-boned deduced elastic foundation and foundation beams(plates) systems were stored elastic potential energy.According to the superposition principle and the principle of equivalence elasticity of the elastic foundation and foundation beams(plates) as a whole to study, and the contact force and foundation beams(plates) between treated as external, based on action and reaction reciprocal principal, derived potential energy system functional equations, and then use the principle of minimum potential energy, elastic half space solved with the foundation beams(plates) the magnitude of displacement and internal forces.Build an expression containing the displacement equation, and using Mathematica programming language and its derivation calculation formula. Combined with a variety of studies, using of relevant literature to systematic research on Boussinesq elastic foundation and Winkler elastic foundation beam and plate displacement and internal force differences. This main research of this paper is to deduced elastic potential energy Boussinesq equations of elastic of foundation and foundation beam and plate. This method can be used as a building structures and foundation research role of the principle of the oretical basis.
