With the intensification of the aging process, the health status of the elderly has become the focus of attention. Detection of physiological signals of the older age groups in daily life can effectively monitor the regional physical condition, providing important reference for the diagnosis and preventing chronic diseases, and effectively alleviating the current enormous pressure on public health services.This paper presents a physiological signal monitoring system design that based on Zigbee in view of the shortcomings of traditional equipment. The portable low-power systems collecting the body’s blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation and fall-down signal in real-time by combined physiological signal acquisition and Zigbee wireless transmission technology.This paper designing the physiological signal acquisition circuitry, S3C2440 circuits, AFE4490 circuits,Zigbee wireless communication circuit,display circuit and power supply circuit. An optimized design method is proposed of FIR filter parameters based on griding partition ant colony optimization. Comparing the filtering effect designed by optimized parameters with the traditional effect.A combination of wireless sensor networks and physiological signal acquisition presented by this paper reduce the distance of test personnel and acquisition system and expanded space of test personnel. Digital filter designing by optimized algorithm reduces the interference of signal sampling process. The overall design of a modular design approach makes the system easy to optimize and maintain.
