Temperature is an important aspect to reflect the status of substation equipment.The temperature of the substation is mainly to record the real-time temperature of the equipment in the running state,to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,and to reduce the influence on the stable operation of the power system.At present,the vast majority of substation site is used in temperature measurement inspection way,the attendant need artificial temperature,if the temperature frequency requirements of heating equipment at high duty need many handheld infrared camera to measure the surface temperature near the switchgear equipment,which greatly increases the value of the class work,also increased the possibility of security the accident,and temperature monitoring manual inspection accuracy,continuity is not high,may lead to the occurrence of faults in power equipment abnormal operating conditions.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a wireless temperature monitoring system of substation equipment,the system can realize on-line monitoring of power equipment temperature,by setting different locations of the alarm temperature value of the temperature acquisition,analysis and alarm point.According to the functions and technical requirements of the system,the system design structure is divided into the acquisition layer,the transport layer and the application layer.In the acquisition layer,the CC2530 acquisition node with ZigBee communication module is used to collect the temperature information of the power equipment in real time through the DS18B20 temperature sensor.The transport layer adopts S3C2440 transmission node with ARM9 as the core,it is the gateway temperature acquisition node of ZigBee network,information management and receiving down temperature acquisition nodes,up through the Ethernet communication and remote monitoring center.The remote monitoring center uses the database of MySQL database management system,which collects the information of the node,the node information,the information of the power equipment,and so on.The monitoring interface is written using java web Eclipse development environment,through the configuration of the Tomcat environment variable,JDK development environment variables,using javaBean,javaScript and HTML as the tool,MySQL import data updates to a web page display.In this paper,the hardware circuit and software realization scheme of the acquisition node and transmission node are given.The access process of the remote monitoring center database is analyzed,and the MySQL database is constructed.Finally,the operation and access interface of the database are tested.The results show that the storage,display and query of the temperature can be realized.Finally,the research work is summarized,and the future development of mobile terminal APP monitoring software and the realization of the early warning function of the temperature are prospected.
