The subway, as a means of urban rail transportation, is very favourable transportation tool of today’s big city passenger traffic,but with the construction volume increased year by year,the rail noise and subway station noise have become the key factors restricting the sustainable development of it. Metro Rail sound-absorbing board technology is important noise reduction methods and means, through the internal structure of a large number of close, interconnected tiny gaps and holes, using the viscous properties of the air, the sound waves in the process of the through hole structure vibration energy, sound energy is converted into heat energy and be burned off, so as to realize the effect of noise reduction. At present, the domestic rail transit sound-absorbing board production research of technology is still in its infancy, therefore, the optimization of the performance parameters and process design and improve production efficiency and cost reduction research has the vital significance. In this paper, the main work is as follows:First of all, it analyses the noise characteristic of sound-absorbing board. Design its structure form, and put forward the design optimization method of its shape and internal material, including the thickness of sound-absorbing board, "door" type cavity surface, noise reduction and increase of glass fiber reinforcement, etc.Secondly, the rail transit sound-absorbing board simulation test in laboratory and the tests and comparative analyses of the scene inside the subway track, and sound-absorbing board noise level are obtained.Finally, in view of the rail transit sound-absorbing board many disadvantages existing in the traditional construction technology, mechanized automatic production process was proposed, and the optimized production machinery, equipment, etc.Through the above research, to deepen the understanding of rail transit sound-absorbing board noise performance, for its practical engineering application and the future laid the foundation for the further study to improve the performance of the other.
