At present in the process of enterprise production, there are many problems, such as the time-consuming and lag of multisource information collection, the inaccuracy of production status monitoring,manufacturing goods and raw materials difficult to tracking in the process of manufacturing, defect error tracking. Through wireless sensor network technology completed manufacturing workshop in all kinds of manufacturing resources and workshop information, monitoring and extensive connections. Wireless sensor network technology used in manufacturing workshop still exist many technical difficulties, including the structural design, manufacturing workshop wireless route clustering and path selection and energy consumption. These key technologies research that combined with the typical manufacturing enterprises. The specific contents as shown below:Analysis of the wireless network of manufacturing workshop application needs and environmental monitoring information, wireless sensor network architecture is designed according to the application requirements and data type, the network is a two layer cluster network, a total of 136 wireless nodes, which eight as routing nodes. Free operation system design of wireless sensor network according to CC1101 and 80C51/MSP430, communication protocol were established and software programming and hardware were designed for multicluster network, manufacturing workshop wireless sensor network monitoring were accomplished.Analysis of three-dimensional space deployment of wireless monitoring node in the manufacturing workshop wireless sensor networks, according to the actual characteristics of the cluster network applications, 136 of wireless node were located, clustering routing algorithm were designed for wireless network,class analysis for wireless nodes in the network wiht the use of kmeans algorithm.Analysis of manufacturing information collection in network of the workshop, in view of the practical application of the wireless network transmission in the workshop scenarios, routing nodes of the cluster center as the premise with the use of ant colony algorithm, and optimal routing data transmission path, avoid network node death after network communication interruption, to satisfy the real-time manufacturing plant data monitoring requirements.On the basis of the above, with two layers of cluster network as the basis for typical applications, analysis the manufacturing workshop wireless sensor network system energy consumption problem, further illustrates the feasibility of implementing wireless sensor technology in manufacturing workshop.
