Sheet metal parts are more and more widely used in various industries.Due to the excellent material properties and fine structure forming ability.Specific actions were applied to a manual assistance in general-purpose CAD softwares in process of the traditional unfolding and technology design for large machine sheet metal.In the whole working process,the staff heavily relied on the personal experience and knowledge,there are a lot of repetitive and high intensity.While it is difficult to standardize to inherit and reuse the experience and knowledge in actual operation.By analyzing the characteristics and difficulties of the unfolding and technological design of sheet metal parts,the technical knowledge required is organic integrated in the design system,using knowledge engineering theory and technology.It is provided technical support to develop the unfolding and technology integration software for machine sheet metal based on knowledge fusion.The main content of the thesis can be divided into the following six aspects:(1) By analyzing the function and structure of large machines Sheet metal, it presents similarity classification with the unit of features and typical structure.In view of the problems of no unfolding and complex for sheet metal parts,we put forward the technology solution of block division.Combined with UG/KF technology and parametric technology,we give the construction scheme of 3-D parametric model and specific implementation process.The division knowledge is merged into this design model.(2) Through the analysis of the whole structure of typical sheet metal parts,it is proposed automatic unfolding strategy,using computer-aided unfolding design technology.we construct the corresponding unfolding mathematical models and Select the modeling function.3D unfolding entity of sheet metal parts is displayed.(3) Aiming at the problem of the heavily Similarity,inheritance and complex for the traditional technology planning of large machines Sheet metal,it is determined the technical means for rapid planning and design of sheet metal parts.We Process and store the results of technology planning.Through extracting and reusing of the typical technology program,it is realized rapid technology planning design of large machines sheet metal.(4) According to the characteristic of tedious and cumbersome in the design of the technological hole,We study on the automatic arrangement technology of the technological hole for large machine sheet metal.Combined with a sheet metal splicing process,we realize the rapid generate the different forms of technological holes by the specific arranged algorithms and geometric elements picku.(5) It creates the basic framework of research on unfolding and technology integration system for machine sheet metal.We research to create a knowledge base of the system,the specific operation process is established.Each module is integrated in the UG software platform.The research on the unfolding and technology integration system for machine sheet metal based on knowledge fusion is realized.The research on the unfolding and technology integration system for machine sheet metal based on knowledge fusion has important practical significance,which can reduce production costs in sheet metal manufacturing companies,improve market competitiveness and improve product design and manufacturing quality.The research work can provide a strong technical support,which is the unified management related data of knowledge and technology,the inheritance and sharing of the model entity and data and Improving the utilization of knowledge resources.
