For coal moisture, volatile matter, fixed carbon and ash ingredient content analysis is one of the main application of Industrial Analyzer. Industrial analysis of coal for coal classification, Coal quality determination and Category division has a very important significance in the subsequent transportation of coal storage, processing and use. With the advancement of technology and the popularity of microelectronics technology, Industrial Analyzer is developing toward automation, high precision, multi-direction. The design took into account the current development trend of industrial analyzers, system stability, all types of standard requirements, put forward a Delphi software development platform, using a PC and the next crew to complete the quiz mode control system design.Based on the definition of each component in the coal industry and a variety of analysis methods, combined with the requirements of these standards(GB), we obtain the basic technical parameters of automatic industrial analyzer automatic industrial analysis and then determine the basis of the parameters instrument system design, including mechanical design and hardware design. The hardware circuit includes a main circuit system, the controller input and output circuits, moving parts of the control circuit and a communication circuit and temperature acquisition circuit.Then based on the existing hardware resources to complete the system software is designed. Software system is consists of PC software and lower machine software, which focuses on the design and PC software,PC software includes:Communication Software design, It mainly introduces Modbus communication protocol and achieve PC CRC verification methods and Serial Communication Design specifications; Test software design function is to get Software Implementation about how to send commands of host computer and query the crew and test the return value of the crew,Including data analysis routines, upper and lower machine Q subroutine, the main program and other specific software code and description.Except the ModbusCRC check the designusesdata analysis routines for checking return value of the crew to ensure the accuracy of questions and answers.This article gives a detailed description about fuzzy PID temperature control, which describes the principle of fuzzy control, PID control in detail, then give a fuzzy PID control solutionwith PLC as controller. Implementation of the method is: fuzzy variables determine, establish fuzzy rules, the variables are fuzzy defuzzification and so on. Use Matlab powerful computing capabilities to obtain fuzzy control table, according to the table, PID parameters can be adjusted, thento achieve the ultimate purpose of temperature control.After all the theory and design, we have the program for each functional block verification experiment,experimental content is communication, motion control components, temperature control system, etc. Thenwe evaluate the system from these areas :the stability of communication, stepper motor positioning and recognition accuracy, sensitivityand accuracy of temperature control according to the experiment results. After completing the experimental verification of the individual functional modules,then we have the whole system overall debugging, experimental results and process parameters meet the basic technical requirements for automatic industrial analyzer.
