Influenced by the environmental and energy problem, development of smart grid has become the inevitable trend in the development and application of renewable energy, how to utilize the renewable energy has become a hotspot of research at home and abroad. The micro grid system which is composed of wind-solar hybrid generation units, energy storage systems, loads and control device can maximize the efficiency of wind and solar energy due to the respective characteristics of renewable energy. Therefore, it is very important to research on the optimization of configuration in the generation efficiency and scheduling policy based on the hybrid energy storage type wind-solar complementary micro grid system.This thesis firstly involves scenery storage of micro grid classification, structure and analysis of control strategy, and wind power, photovoltaic power generation, the hybrid energy storage system, load and the working principle of the control, setting some relative model in Matlab platform, in order to lay the theoretical foundation for system power and scheduling policy optimization study.Secondly, it is studying on the optimization in terms of the power allocation of the independent hybrid energy storage type wind-solar complementary micro grid system.Moving average filter control strategy was adopted to realize the power in the battery and super capacitor between reasonable configuration, in which super capacitors undertake the energy of high frequency wave, and the battery undertake relatively smooth part of the energy, in which way it will satisfy the high power density characteristics of super capacitor, and maximize the battery energy density advantages.Then fuzzy control strategy will be adopted to research furtherly on optimizing the efficiency of hybrid energy storage system, and to make sliding time constant T more intelligent, in which way not only the power allocation is made reasonable but also the energy storage equipment is protected. With Matlab simulation platform, we simulate and compare the situation of controlling the moving average filtering strategy and optimizing fuzzy control strategy respectively, in order to verify the feasibility of fuzzy control optimization strategy.Finally, we research on the scheduling strategy of the hybrid energy storage type wind-solar complementary micro grid system. Starting from the aspects of micro grid system output, power generation units output, energy storage system and the micro grid and grid interaction, scheduling in terms of generation units of micro grid system, output of energy storage system and interactive power between the grids, take the average minimum operating cost as goal, solve the scheduling optimized parts with the genetic algorithm, testify by a concrete example simulation, explain the feasibility of scheduling by comparing the cost before and after the scheduling strategy is involved.
