Steel structure has the advantages of light weight, high construction speed, environmental protection, no pollution and recycling and other significant characteristics has been widely used, but the wall of steel structure building maintenance structure and the fittings of the relative lack of, how to use renewable resources, along with environmental protection and energy saving insulation materials prepared model thermal insulation wallboard is steel structure of livestock and poultry farm building development facing the primary problem.Foamed concrete as a new type of lightweight building insulation materials with thermal insulation, fire resistance, durability, shock absorption, sound insulation performance is good. The different density of foamed concrete with wallboard of preparation process and steel structure system design demand of compound, by unit weight is 200 kg/m3,250 kg/m3,300 kg/m3 of foam concrete as the wallboard core material, using bulk density for 800 kg/m3,1000 kg/m3,1200 kg /m3 of foam concrete as wall material and wall substrate thickness were 65 mm and 75 mm, 85 Mm, through the use of orthogonal design L9(34), the use of the test program to produce nine sets of foamed concrete composite external wall panels, through the wall panel related performance testing and data analysis, determine the best composite parameters.Through the test and analysis of moisture content, softening coefficient and compressive strength of foamed concrete composite wall plate, the following conclusions are obtained:(1) the compressive strength of foamed concrete composite wall plate mainly with the substrate bulk density and wall thickness, when the thickness of phase at the same time, compressive strength with the substrate bulk density increased and increased, when the same substrate bulk density, compressive strength with the wall thickness increases and increases;(2) foamed concrete composite wall panel of the softening coefficient mainly with the substrate bulk density and wall thickness of, when wall thickness and softening coefficient decreases with the increase of the substrate bulk density increases, when the same substrate bulk density, softening coefficient with increase in wall thickness increases;(3) the water content, softening coefficient, compressive strength and heat transfer coefficient of foamed concrete composite external wall plate are all satisfied by the test and analysis;(4) through the orthogonal experiment analysis base material density of foam concrete composite outer wall heat transfer coefficient and compressive strength of the biggest influence;(5) through the orthogonal experiment of foamed concrete composite wall panel two important indicator of the compressive strength and the heat transfer coefficient of overall balance analysis, from determined indicators of the impact of primary and secondary factors and the pros and cons of the level, and ultimately to determine the best combinations: substrate bulk density to 1200 kg/m3.
