| According to the Qiaowan 750 k V concrete filled steel tube substation in China fristly design information, different types have been analyzed by finite element analysis software SAP2000. The 8m-root size scheme of steel tubular substation truss structure include steel lattice truss structure(TJ), the middle of lattice steel herringbone column(GCGG) and the braced columns at the ends steel herringbone column truss structure(DCGG). The scheme of concrete filled steel tube include substation truss structure include the middle lattice of herringbone column(GGK6, GGK7, GGK8), the braced columns at the ends herringbone column truss structure(DGK6, DGK7, DGK8) and the optimized schemes(YGGK8, YDGK8). Under the condition of limit states of ultimate bearing capacity and limit states of serviceability, all types were in the elastic work status, calculated and compared their stress ratio, stress ratio, bearing capacity, deformation and economy.It was feasible that the concrete filled steel tube substation without temperature joint by analysing the effect of temperature. According the result, the YGGK8 and YDGK8 schemes are more economical and can be used as the final scheme of the Qiao Wan 750 k V concrete filled steel tube combined substation.Finnaly, the Qiaowan 750 k V concrete filled steel tube combined substation has been analyzed, Designed the area of section, and its application in engineering practice, counted the amount of steel and concrete, the construction method of the concrete filled steel tube, the concrete structure of the component in the construction technology of the lifting-up pumping method and the hoisting scheme of the steel tubular component are studied, provide reference for the similar projects. |
