| New urbanization is people-oriented and with Chinese characteristics of urbanization, and it is the breakthroughs and innovation relative to the traditional one. In terms of urban space development, new urbanization advocates the overall coordination, intensive compact, green ecological and individuality formation of space. The urban space distribution in county area is one of the most important contents of regional urban space distribution, the organization form of spatial structure, and the elements of urban space reflecting and projecting in space area. As the small unite of the region space, the development and optimization of the spatial distribution in county area is the foundation of the regional spatial development, and the important measure to promote the new urbanization.Based on the new urbanization as the background, this paper takes the Xincai county spatial distribution as the research object, and the new urbanization and the urban spatial distribution two theories as theoretical support. Through the scientific study methods, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of Xincai county development potential. And then this paper analyzes and summarizes the present features and development law, as well as puts forward the optimization ideas and strategies of the urban spatial distribution, to promote the construction of new urbanization of Xincai County. Firstly, this paper defines the concepts of both new urbanization and urban spatial distribution and then teases the theories, as well as finds the contact between them to provide the target orientation for the study of Xincai county space development and optimization. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic situation of Xincai county, and constructs the index system of its development potential. Based on the analysis of data, it takes the ranking results of the development potential of each villages and towns. Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of the formation and development process of Xincai county spatial structure, the urbanization stage of Xincai county is divided into traditional urbanization and the new period of urbanization in macroscopic view. According to more detailed phases partition of urbanization, the development of Xincai county spatial structure is analyzed, the spatial structure of each phase is summarized, and through the analysis of the influence factors, the main characteristics of Xincai county urban spatial structure at this stage is summarized. Finally, combined with the actual situation of Xincai county spatial distribution and the requirements of new urbanization, this paper puts forward some optimization ideas, such as the continuation of a "point- axis" development mode, strengthening the central city zone, the development of characteristic small towns, and the network construction, as well as put forward specific optimization strategies, including forming the urban spatial structure of one center point four core, four axes four areas, and star radiation”, constructing the “Big County”, strengthening the construction of central town, refining the town functions in county area, classifying the building of new rural community. |
