Exploration Of Urbanization Path And Spatial Optimization In Lingshou County Under The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

Urbanization is an immense change for human being,which influences people's lifestyle for generations.Due to population transformation,general living standard improvement,social and economic development,the meaning of the phrase ‘Chinese urbanization' has changed.From downtown to county,from quantity to quality.Along with the county urbanization has become to a mainstream Chinese urbanization approach,some of deficiencies has gradually exposed,such as the lack of associated industries,public service facility,and infrastructure.The research object of this dissertation is Lingshou county,Hebei province.The reason why choose the place is that Lingshou county is both representative and unique to county urbanization.By analyses,research and deduce Lingshou county's current urban form and general urbanization level,this dissertation aims to explore a systematic development approach,what is more,offer a reference for poverty-stricken area in China.Main finding of this dissertation include common problem such as hysteretic urban infrastructure,and special problem such as spatial urbanization fall behind population urbanization.The paper consists of seven parts.The first part is the research background and literature review.which is the fundamental work of the research.The primary thing is the purpose of significance of the research.It points out the basic ideas of the paper.The research methods are the fundamental ways to analyze the paper,and the research ideas and framework are the logic of the paper.The main research contents are clarified on this basis.It excavates deeply the theoretical research of the county urbanization and spatial optimization,deduces,induces and analyzes their relationships.The second part is the historical evolution and fundamental situation of the development of Lingshou County.The development environment of Lingshou County is changing.On the basis of its local resources,it is necessary to coordinate the relationships between Lingshou County and surrounding counties,the central district of Shijiazhuang and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration so that the county urbanization will develop into a brand-new stage.The third part is the status quo and characteristics of the county urbanization of Lingshou County.It explores the current situation and features of the county urbanization of Lingshou County from the perspectives of the overall situation,industry and space.In conclusion,there are four main problems: the low level of urbanization,small number and scale of towns,weak agglomeration ability and poor driving force;the laggard urban construction investment,the lack of characteristics;large quantity of labor service export which influences the process of local urbanization;the choice between urban construction and ecological protection.The fourth part is the exploration of the development of county urbanization of Lingshou County.It analyzes and summarizes the key factors which affect the county urbanization of Lingshou County: policy,industry,environment and population.At the same time,it attempts to explore the approach of urban-rural integration urbanization,including the exploration of urban-rural integration urbanization guided by the industrial differences;the exploration of urban-rural integration urbanization of the echelon transfer of the population;the exploration of urban-rural integrated urbanization on the basis of multi-dimensional reconstruction;the exploration of urban-rural integrated urbanization of green ecological conservation.The fifth part is the exploration of the spatial structure optimization of the county urbanization of Lingshou County,including the new appeals of the spatial organization optimization of the urban system of the county,the new strategy of the urban space optimization of Lingshou County,the new model of the urban and rural hierarchical structure optimization of Lingshou County.Through the optimization of the country urbanization of Lingshou County,it offers a proper space carrier for the transformation of its urbanization.The sixth part is the conclusion.On the basis of the exploration of the county urbanization of Lingshou County,the paper summarizes the theoretical and empirical analysis,draws the research conclusions and points out the deficiencies in the research.
