| Energy consumption is an important issue related to national survival and development. In recent years, with the development of the national economy, and the acceleration of industrialization in China, building energy consumption also shows trend of rapid growth. It is more and more urgent to raise the awareness of energy conservation in the design of industrial buildings. Currently, there are two main aspects of industrial building energy consumption: first, energy conservation of the main building; Second, energy-saving of the building equipment. In this paper, the main research is to reduce the heating energy consumption of the industrial construction equipment.In this paper, several existing forms of industrial factory buildings were introduced, A reasonable and energy-saving method for the heating of industrial plants was found by analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each heating form, And the heating properties were studied by taking of the storeroom of Shenhua Coal Group Treasury as an example.The radiant ceiling combined with radiator heating system is used in the storeroom of Shenhua Coal Group Treasury. It is a new radiant heating technology which derives from the German. The device is hung from the ceiling, which is applicable for large space building. In this paper, the outdoor air temperature, interior temperature, globe temperature, and maintaining the structure of the surface temperature were measured to find the variation of indoor temperature and temperature gradient, and to analyze the effect of cold air infiltration on indoor temperature field.Obtained from the measurement, the average temperature of indoor air is 14.5℃and the average black-bulb temperature is 17.5℃ below 3 meters. It can basically meet the personnel requirements of thermal comfort temperature. The plant temperature gradient is about 0.4℃/m, which also can reach thermal comfort requirements. The cold air infiltration has a greater impact on temperature. It can reduce the indoor temperature by 3℃, and the impact range up to 48 m. Test result shows that hot roof phenomenon exists in the ceiling radiant panel heating building. And it is difficult to realize heat transfer from top to down, because the disturbance of upper air is very small. So the upper part of the energy utilization rate is low. The lower portion of the interior space to resist outside interference is weak,When indoor temperature field is destroyed, it has very slow recovery, at least half an hour.Currently, there are three methods to calculation cold air infiltration: percentage method, ACH method, and slit method. The percentage method is commonly used in the design of industrial plants. But with the development of building materials and insulation technology, it is doubtful that the percentage method is still used to estimate the heat loss of cold air infiltration. In this paper, compared different calculation methods and the actual measurement heat loss of cold air infiltration in an actual project, the measured cold air infiltration heat consumption is greater than the result calculated by the percentage method and slit method, but is less than the ACH method. It is recommend use ACH method. |
