In the flight of hypersonic aircraft the high-speed air flows around the surface of the aircraft. The retardation of the air viscosity takes strong friction on aircraft skin. The kinetic energy of the high-speed air transforms into heat flux and the heat flux field forms temperature gradient field on aircraft skin. In order to study the dynamical properties of the aircraft skin material under the temperature gradient field, the structure thermal test is needed to reconstruct the temperature gradient field. In this dissertation a metallic plate is used as the heated experiment specimen and laser beam is used as heating source. The dissertation focuses on laser heating structure thermal test. And it contains three parts which are as follows.1. A brief description of the structure thermal test technology research course and the present situation is given. Besides the present various heating methods in structure thermal test are also analyzed in the first part. Compared with present heating methods, the advantages of laser heating are given.2. The research on analytical model of laser heating is given on the second part. And in this part using Fourier heat conduction equation, the analytical solution of temperature field with laser heating is obtained. By analyzing the analytical solution the influence of each parameter on temperature field is also obtained.3. The laser heating method to obtain target temperature field is expounded in details, which is using multi-beam lasers to heat the experiment specimen in different regions and planning the scanning paths. The Sub-problem optimize method in ANSYS is used to optimize parameters in laser heating to obtain target temperature gradient field. The scanning parameters include the laser scanning path, laser beam radiation, laser beam power, laser scanning velocity and laser scanning times numbers. The best optimal parameters sequence are obtained from the above optimizing process. With the optimized parameters sequence ANSYS is used for simulation of the target temperature gradient field on the experiment specimen.
