The progress of science and technology promote the innovation of the mode of transportation. In the background of the transportation industry prosperity, the automobile transport industry with its high efficiency, low fuel consumption, low cost has been paid much attention by logistics enterprise. Handling stability is an important factor affecting the safety of automotive transportation safety; the analytical method is combining traditional and modern computing software, making auto research data more accurately, the research method more quickly. With the rapid development of computer technology and finite element theory matures, computer simulation method is an increasing popularity method in the analysis the car process. Currently, the main method is using the Dynamics of multi-body software to process and analyze relevant data. in the automotive industryCompared with ordinary passenger and freight vehicles, there are more the factors of affecting the stability of the Full-trailer vehicle. It’s overall force situation is relatively complicated. In certain extreme conditions, since the actual vehicle performance test of great danger, real vehicle test is difficult to guarantee the safety of the driver and the vehicle, and therefore the study vehicle performance in the process, the article on the use of virtual simulation technology in a moving vehicle evaluation and optimization of process performance.This paper takes the characteristic parameters of quantitative analysis basing on the basic principles of vehicle dynamics by using Trucksim8.0 simulation software. And further study of the dynamics simulation software modeling principle. First of all, on the basis of analysis of the six major module of vehicle dynamics modeling principle to summarize the system module features and organize related modeling parameters; then, according to ISO standard vehicle and vehicle performance go to complete vehicle tests under different conditions of steady-state circumferential test and double lane change test. Finding out the impact of structural parameters and parameters of the vehicle steering stability, By comparative analysis of relevant simulation curve. Finally, using the control variable method to determine the single parameter changes affect the performance of the target, namely, changes in the rate of the whole trailer, load size, the wheelbase length, roll stiffness, the change of the external force on the kinematics of car.Rebuild the whole trailer model by improving some structure or using parameters, the simulation experimental results showed that the handling stability had been improved significantly. When the full-trailer is driving in the straight line process, its handling stability had been influenced greatly by the effect of lateral external forces(such as lateral wind) in the process of vehicle running. They can play a positive role to the stability of the vehicle with increasing the wheelbase of trailer or trailer load.
