As a method of maintenance and reconstruction of the old cement concrete pavement, the resonance rubblization technology is getting more and more applications. The technology broke the pavement plate under the certain construction parameters by using the resonant breaker. The resonate will be produced when the excitation frequency of the vibration hammerhead close to the natural frequency of the pavement plate, but at this stage for the hammer excitation frequency of the selected parameter no relevant provisions. In order to achieve optimum crushing effect in the construction, it is necessary to calculated the natural frequency of the pavement plate before construction. In this paper, the natural frequency of pavement plate were studied, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of the excitation frequency, in order to better guide the resonance rubblization technology.Based on a brief analysis of the process of the resonance rubblization technology breaking up old cement concrete pavement, the pavement plate is simplified as a single degree of freedom system, analyzes the displacement response the pavement plate resonate under the excitation of vibration hammer, pointed out the theoretical conditions that the pavement plate produce resonance need to be satisfied.By establish the differential equations of free vibration of the elastic sheet on Winkler foundations, and combined with the actual situation of China’s cement concrete pavement, select the pavement plate model of the five different boundary conditions on the Winkler foundation, they are four edges simply supported rectangular plate, four edges free rectangular plate, opposite ends simply supported sides of the rectangular plate is fixed, opposite ends simply supported ends free rectangular plate, opposite ends simply supported side of the fixed side of the rectangular plates. By solving the vibration equation of these five different boundary conditions of pavement plate, obtain the corresponding vibration frequency equation.By reasonably determine the calculation parameters, and solving the natural frequencies values of different boundary conditions of the pavement plate, analysis the factors of affecting the natural frequency, then put forward some suggestions of construction parameter selection of the old cement concrete pavement gravel resonance technology.Relying on two test sections the resonance rubblization technology breaking up the old cement concrete pavement entity project implementation, obtain the relevant parameters of calculation the natural frequencies of the old road by test, broken the old pavement plate under certain conditions of construction parameters, and finally, proved the correctness of the calculation of old pavement plate on natural frequency according to the crushing effect.
