Study On The Design And Construction Technology Of Pile Foundation Steel Casing For Marine Environment

The natural environment of cross sea bridge is complex and change greatly, makingthe design and construction of bridge pile foundation constructionin the marine environment more difficult and need to consider more than on the land. The construction of steel casing, as a starting step of pile foundation engineering, determiningthe follow-up foundation con struction whether can be carried out smoothly or not.On the other hand,whether the sinking plane location and perpendicularity of thesteel casing is accurate will directly affect the quality and schedule of the pile foundation engineering. Therefore, in order to ensure the steel casing engineering in high quality, it is very necessary to carry out marine environment steel casing design and construction technology research.According to Hainan Puqian bridge engineering,this article analyzed the force analysis, the design parameters and the points for attention in steel casing designing especially the length of the steel casing.At the same time, this paper describes in detail the construction technology and procedure of the steel casing, including the position and sinkingtechnologyof steel casing, various difficulties when sinking the steel casing and relevant solutions. According to research results,this articleput forward that in the pile foundation engineering, geological exploration holes should be increased to obtain detailed geological information advice.The research results of Puqian Bridge in the marine environment have positive instructive effects on the other main piers of steel casing burying, and provide valuable reference and practical value for similar marine environment construction of steel casing.
