With the economic prosperity of China, most of funds using for infrastructureconstruction, so a lot of century project had been construction, like Qingdao Bay Bridge &Pingtan bridge and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. All the bridge foundation is pile and site in the sea near mainland, so the pile become bigger and longer. Now a new method of construction pile is development from the coastal areas to inland, this method is more environmental, safety and high stability than the original method like punching and dig.This construction technology research is based on the pile construction of Macau LRT,Collect the data during all the construction Period and to form the corresponding theory.Throughout the study authors mainly from the following aspects. First, understand the background and significance by access to relevant information, while the research direction and key points to make a preliminary summarized. Second, Study the construction principles and acceptance standards of this new technology to know which is the control points and the construction of innovative technology. Third, select the geology typical pile-bit to do stress analysis, through modeling to calculate the forces when the sleeve is embedded, to find the weakest position when the sleeve is embedded, and do the advance prevention. Fourth,involved in every step of the construction during the study, do a detail recorded of each part of the implementation of the construction and construction parameters, Select the optimal construction parameters by pile final test results. Fifth, in the implementation process continues to summarize, to meet the quality of the premise of the existing pile foundation construction process optimization, so that the construction process can adapt to different environments and construction location.This article presents the development of rational methods for different geological conditions and analyze the stress of sleeve during the embedded it. that is more important significance for large scale this method. Study this summary can be in advance anticipation of the construction work in the follow project. At the same time elaborated the whole construction process is a good technical support for new projects.
