The natural environment is the human survival environment.Along with the increasing changes of ecological environment, the damage of industrial waste liquid and waste oil is very big. The current of all kinds of mechanical transmission system used in all kinds of lubricating oil is difficult to clean. And it is serious to be polluted. As the lack of oil costs it is more and more shortcomings. The purpose of this paper is to develop the water as raw materials of new type of green lubricants. And we have carried on the viscosity, density and corrosion related performance tests. At the same time according to the friction and wear performance of different mechanical transmission systems were studied.According to the experiment,we have carried on the analysis of the base fluid. And we determined the base oil, rust inhibitor and antioxidant and so on.It is concluded that castor oil, presence of boric acid ester, sodium hydroxide, different thiazole moiety ketone, tributyl phosphate, anion associated key thickener. And we have carried on the antirust performance test.We need add the viscosity regulator in the optimization formula, and test the viscosity value under different temperatures and related physical properties test.We carried on the friction and wear experiments in the four-ball friction and wear testing machine. We choose the smaller friction coefficient as a formula and carry on physical phase analysis for the grinding spot. On the motor direct reducer RX57,we need observe the friction and wear condition in the actual working condition. This paper finally developed a kind of adjustable viscosity lubricant to use in the mechanical driving system. In corresponding industrial areas, lubricating oil can get long-term development.
