As a green, clean and highly efficient energy, nuclear power is extremely significant in reducing environment pollution, optimizing the energy structure and promoting the sustainable development of energy in China. Nuclear power has been a large-scale promotion in the industry after decades of development. Especially in China, where the proportion of nuclear power installed capacity is relatively low, the nuclear power development has been received strong support and reached a new peak, with the units of under construction and proposed types increasing. However, what the most important issue that the nuclear power development facing is the security issue. The technical level and proficiency of the operator is a very important factor that to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants. Meanwhile, with extended running time, the degradation of the key equipment of nuclear power plants also seriously affect the safety and reliability of nuclear power plant. In the mechanism of aging nuclear power plant, fatigue problem for critical equipment is one of the main factors. The development and application of fatigue monitoring system is significance to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plants and the development of nuclear power.The paper uses Auto CAD and Inventor software to build a three-dimensional solid model based on The first one of Hualong nuclear reactor primary loop main system, the model directly reflect the structure and operation state of the primary loop main system.. In addition, the paper also uses Simulation CFD software for detailed heat, flow calculation and analysis of the primary loop main system, and simulates the velocity, pressure and temperature fields of the main equipment of the primary loop main system when running in a normal condition. Compared with calculation results of famous RELAP5, the simulation result in certain condition illustrates that the model can get high accuracy and reasonable transient behavior. Important parameters of primary loop main system is performed on simulation CFD, a new type of computational fluid dynamics, According to the data analysis, this method based on Simulation CFD of simulation platform is capable to simulate the flow and heat transfer situation of the RCP system in certain conditions.Fatigue monitoring and evaluation of the key equipment of nuclear power plant is the hotspot in recent years. Finally, the paper also uses Simulation CFD software to simulate several common fatigue mechanism, the results have some significance to identify the risk areas of fatigue, it also provides a viable solution for fatigue monitoring of pipe-line.
