Since uncertain factors exist in the evaluation of nuclear power simulation models, this paper puts forward an improved analytical and multilevel evaluation method on the basis of uncertain appearance research and fuzzy theory. A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of nuclear power plants simulations was built by constructing an operating mode set, an evaluation index set, determining the evaluation subordinate function and weights of the indexes. This paper takes a nuclear power plant heat exchanger simulation as an example, and it evaluates and calculates the steady-state operation of the heat transfer device.This paper analysis the influence of some parameters on the simulation model, and it gives some feedback information to correct the simulation models. The results of a simulation projection show that this method is reasonable and effective.In this paper, the software was developed with VS2008 and SQL database, and the technology structure of this software and the evaluation online was built. For example, it uses the simulation model of the nuclear power plants based on GSE. It evaluates the simulation models of the nuclear power plants with this software. And it improves the simulation models with the information feedback models and modifing models. The result is correct, and it shows the evaluation strategies and the evaluation software are practical and effective.
