Robot driver for vehicle test is used to do experiments instead of human drivers, such as the working condition of discharge, performance and life, exhaust emission and fuel economy test etc. Its software system significantly affects the performance of the robot driver, and it also decides the efficiency and accuracy of the operation of the robot’s operator. This study designes and implements one complete software system based on the functional requirements.Firstly, this study designes a complete overal design scheme. The scheme rules requirements, development platform and development process. Its development process consists of data storage, execution step sequence class, speed tracking scheme and human-computer interface design..Secondly, this study designes and implements the software system in detail. This study designs and implements the initialization scheme, the timer scheme and the execution step class in detail. In addition, this study takes the single step control scheme and whole control scheme for example, to discuss the concrete implementation of speed tracking process in detail. The speed tracking solution of the software system can pass the real vehicle experimental verification and meet the feasibility requirement welLAgain, this study designes and implements all the human-computer interfaces of the robot driver. These interfaces consists of main control, parameter configuration and movement monitoring interface ect Through the result of an eye tracking experiment, this study mainly designes the human-computer main control interface layout scheme. This study chooses the more excellent interface layout scheme Z scheme according to the eye tracking experiment to enhance the user experience.Finally, this study develops a complete software system. The software system can work with hardware system and excecuting unit, it can complete driving task instead of human drivers.consists of an excellent software architecture and the speed tracking program. At the same time, the interface follows the principle of the human-computer interface and conforms to the human operator behavior.
