The Quality Management Of The Bumper Assembly Project For Mazda X

Mazda X as a new global admiral model for Mazda, it has SKYACTIV Technology and soul of motion, it appears “automobile following the mind is like Sagittarius” in a new perspective, and it’s the most attractive “king” among the same level.This project will solve the problem that Mazda X in order to achieve the same original production place as same model----the standard MES200 in Japan, it proofs that quality and technology in the domestic is the same as Japanese’ exactly, and even has beyond the original supplier--DNC in Japan.Production use modified PP material after injection, painting and assembled is to complete finally. This project is mainly research quality design, quality assurance and quality controlling in all the production process for development state. Among Mazda X designed moulds with Hidden Parting Line, is also the first large one, it rarely used internationally. One of the most problem is how to quality assurance about new mound through all the lifetime. Stereoscopic flicker is a new development about double painting in this year in Japan and it succeed in 2010, Europe just developed the series colors in 2014.So far, only Chang’an Mazda finished development for Pearl White, and finishing time is far fall behind with FATY. In this project, one of the most quality item is how to set up control quality system is to assurance the subsequent production is stability in process.
