Global warming is one of the most serious problems facing the current human, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and the development of low-carbon economy are imperative.Wind power is a kind of important low-carbon power, also the most development prospect renewable energy power generation technology. The introduction of wind power as a clean energy will produce certain low- carbon benefits, however, there is not a quantitative standard to the benefit of low-carbon power. Establishing the power planning of low-carbon efficiency evaluation model is convenient for analyzing the performance of the low-carbon power, also has a great significance to the promotion of low-carbon power source planning and developing direction of master.On the other hand, the research of the low-carbon income of wind power farms also has important guiding significance for low-carbon benefits.This paper has been studied from two aspects respectively which are generation power planning with wind farms aimed at low-carbon benefits and the analysis of low-carbon income of wind farms.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the wind power and power generation principle, and analyzes the influence of the wind power to the traditional power system. Then study the meaning and principle of carbon emissions trading scheme, and new changes are brought to the traditional power planning.Secondly,to quantitatively evaluate the low-carbon benefits of wind power planning, an evaluation model of low-carbon benefits is brought.An power planning model is built aimede at maximizing the low-carbon benefit.Do a five-year study to the example of the power planning with discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm(DBCC).Then do the sensitivity analyses from the wind power unit investment,fuel prices and carbon emissions trading price to the power planning with wind farms.Finally,low-carbon income of wind farms are classified into three components of fuel saving revenue, pollutant profits and CO2 exchange earnings, and a mathematical model is established aimed at maximizing the low-carbon income of wind farms,the simulation result provides a detailed analysis of low-carbon incomes of wind power under the background of carbon trading, and considering the influence of the installed capacity and capacity factor of wind farms to the low-carbon income of the wind power.
