As the first end of power planning,power planning determines the development pattern and development trend of the power industry in the future.Under the development requirement of low carbon emission reduction,the development and implementation of low carbon power planning is of great significance to the transformation of the power industry to low-carbon transformation.In this paper,carbon trading mechanism,gas turbine and wind turbines are added to the power planning model,and a low carbon power planning model is established.The influence of load forecasting and the uncertainty of wind turbine output on the power planning is also analyzed.In view of this,this paper conducts a study of low carbon power planning based on carbon trading mechanism,considering wind and load uncertainty.First of all,the background and significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad are expounded,the power planning model,carbon trading model,natural gas network model and uncertainty in power planning are introduced.Secondly,taking into account the low carbon and economic nature of the system,the gas turbine and wind turbines are added to the power supply planning scheme,considering the impact of carbon trading mechanism on power planning,a low carbon power planning model based on carbon trading is established based on the minimum cost of comprehensive system,the constraints of natural gas supply and carbon trading volume are taken into account in the constraint conditions.The discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm is used to solve the model,and the sensitivity analysis of carbon emission quota,carbon trading price,natural gas price and so on is carried out.The simulation results verify the validity of the model.Finally,aiming at the uncertainty problem in power planning,a low carbon power planning model based on carbon trading considering the uncertainty of wind and load is established.Considering the uncertainty of wind power output and load forecasting,the spinning reserve capacity constraint considering the uncertainty of total system prediction error is added to the model,the stochastic chance constrained programming method isused to determine the uncertain constraints,and a more easily solved model is obtained.The rationality of the model is verified by model solution,model comparison and sensitivity analysis.
