Wheel nut on the bolt connection is a relatively complex connection way, the nut for the cone nut, cooperate with bearing surface way for conical surface interference fit, this way has good centering, contact strength, convenient installation, etc. As an important way of connection on the wheel hub, improve the reliability of bolt and nut connection, effectively control the size of bolt pre-tightening force, is the guarantee of wheel hub safety performance.Analyzed the main characteristics of different tighten control method as well as the practical applications, according to the characteristics of different tight control method combined with actual conditions to establish the method of torque control wheel bolt pre-tightening force.According to the wheel nut conical surface interference fit, nut and bearing surface stress analysis model is established and analyzed the nut and bearing surface stress characteristic and distribution. According to the static equilibrium conditions, elastic-plastic theory, and nut conical surface characteristics of interference fit, wheel rim bolt pre-tightening strive to solution model was deduced. By the method of numerical calculation, tectonic cycle algorithm in MATLAB, nut displacement for the solution wheel bolt on loop variable values. Analyzed the total torque, nut bearing surface friction torque, bolt pre-tightening force and displacement relationship.According to the total torque, relation between bolt pre-tightening force and displacement, and analyses the thread vice friction coefficient, bearing surface friction coefficient, nut basic parameters, such as cone Angle on the bolt pre-tightening force and the influence of nut bearing surface friction moment are studied. Analyzed the vice friction screw, nut and bearing surface friction characteristics and influencing factors of the friction.Analyzed the main function of the experimental devices and applications, analyses the wheel bolts on the experiment, the basic principles and basic conditions. By changing the basic parameters of the experimental specimen, this paper analyzes the nut cone Angle and screw thread vice friction state, bearing surface friction state change of the influence of wheel bolt pre-tightening force. The numerical results analysis compared the experimental results and theory.
