| Shared tower refers to the installation of a communication platform on the transmission tower.The communication platform is used to install wireless communication equipment to realize the functions of communication and power transmission and save tower resources.The installation of a communication platform on the transmission tower will have a certain impact on the strength of the tower body,and there is no complete design calculation specification for the connection form of the communication platform and the transmission tower body.The research on these aspects has theoretical exploration Significance and practical application value in engineering.The thesis takes the widely used 220 KV transmission line 2E2-SZ2 linear tower type as the research object,analyzes and calculates the wind load,icing load and other control loads of the shared tower in detail,discusses the combined effect of wind load and icing load,and uses finite element method.The analysis software ANSYS performs an overall strength check on the shared tower structure to verify the feasibility of adding a communication platform to the transmission tower.With the help of Workbench under the same control conditions,the static strength analysis and comparison of the connection structure between the communication platform and the transmission tower designed in this paper are carried out,and a reasonable connection scheme between the communication platform and the transmission tower is determined.The connection node of the communication platform and the transmission tower is connected by bolts.The bolt pre-tightening force has a significant impact on the strength of the gusset plate.The bolt pre-tightening force calculation involves a large number of geometric nonlinearities.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to determine the different bolt pre-tightening forces of the gusset plate.The influence of the stress distribution of the gusset plate is discussed,and the correctness of the finite element simulation is verified through the full-field strain measurement test of the gusset plate based on digital image correlation technology.The results of the study show that after adding a communication sharing platform considering wind load and icing load,the stress effect of the shared tower body is small,and the maximum tensile stress increase of the main material of the tower body is 4.4%.The installation of the shared communication platform for the transmission tower has Feasibility;The connection structure of all the shared communication platforms designed in this paper and the transmission tower was analyzed and compared through Workbench,and a reasonable connection structure was selected;the results of the ABAQUS finite element analysis and the full-field strain measurement test study showed that the shared tower When the pre-tightening force of the bolts on the edge of the "K"-shaped gusset plate is increased by 25%,the stress near the bolt hole on the gusset plate can increase by 50.52%.This change will have a greater impact on the safety of the gusset plate connection.The work of this paper completes the design of the connection node between the communication platform and the transmission tower and the analysis and research of related mechanical problems,and realizes the sharing of the transmission and communication functions of the tower. |
