At present, hot stamping technology as the effective means solving cracking and severe springback problems of high strength steel plate in cold stamping are more and more widely used in automobile production. B-pillar reinforced panel of car plays an important role in side collision safety with the technologies of high strength and stiffness, because it is significant mechanical parts in side impact.The finite element model of B-pillar reinforced panel that offered by the automobile production enterprise is established using software of Abaqus. And research on technological parameters influencing wall thickness reduction of base rounded corners, side convex platform and wall corner.Firstly, hot stamping simulation model of B-pillar reinforced panel is set up and the influence of mould temperature on the sheet metal forming is discussed and the initial die temperature of sheet metal forming is determined through the hot stamping process simulation.Secondly, the changing rule of mould temperature and its effect on sheet metal forming in different work cycle is studied by simulating the hot stamping process. And mould temperature field is determined.Finally, with the stable production process temperature field is intended to be initial temperature field, process parameters effecting sheet metal forming thinning rate and the law of stress value such as blank austenitizing temperature, blank holder force, friction coefficient and forming speed in the process of hot stamping are discussed using orthogonal experiment method. The hot stamping process parameters combination is determined and the influence law of the various parameters in the forming process on sheet metal maximum reduction ratio and the maximum equivalent stress value are discussesed.
