The thesis is mainly applied in automobile panel stamping forming finite element simulation analysis technology,and it can be treated as a comprehensive research. The theories involved in the thesis are metal plastic forming theory,the theory of automobile panel stamping forming, finite element analysis technology theory,the modern computer simulation technology and so on. Common defects in the process of stamping forming can be predicted in the automobile panel’s forming process with the help of this comprehensive study,additionally,it can help to optimize certain forming parameters so as to get approximately accurate forming parameters to direct the engineering practice,shorten the development cycle,reduce vehicle research and development costs and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise.The theory part of the thesis systematically introduced the system of sheet metal stamping,stamping simulation of automobile covering finite element theory and its fundamental technology. Moreover, the author mainly analyzed the metal plastic deformation mechanics principle and the general law of deformation, the characteristics and requirements of automotive covering parts,shell element theory and technology,the finite element control equation solving algorithm, analysis of stamping forming process of the automobile panel and the forming defects and Countermeasures of automobile covering parts,etc.The thesis body part, simulation analysis of stamping forming, is formed on the basis of the finite element model of stamping forming which comes from analysis of the CAD model of a certain passenger car side aperture. The main contents of modeling in automobile panel stamping process as the main line are establishment of finite element model of concave and convex drawing die,the edge pressing ring set up finite element model,establishment of finite element model of blank and also methods for setting the simulation process and control parameters. The integral draw bead layout scheme was brought up in three kinds of draw bead layout scheme; they are the stamping simulation analysis in the side aperture, semi open draw bead layout scheme and open the draw bead layout scheme. Besides,the side panels of the forming quality were compared and analyzed in the thesis. The optimal combination of process is formed on the basis of side panels stamping simulation analysis in the open draw bead layout scheme and orthogonal analysis which investigated four process parameters,the die clearance,punch velocity,blank holder force and frictioncoefficient. The author also analyzed the impact of three different kinds of stamping materials,B340 LA, DC04 and DC06,on the side panel forming quality,and concluded that the Choose the best material obtained for this side aperture is DC06. At last,the thesis studied the mechanism of spring back, factors that may influence the spring back,and the forecast analysis of drawing spring back on the side aperture.
