Recycling of the waste concrete can alleviate dependence on the native resources of construction project, and can solve the problems of dealing with architectural garbage.Lithium slag is industrial waste which is large-scale emission in Xinjiang region and pollute the environment greatly. In addition, the concrete mixed with lithium slag, is conducive to protect the environment, reduce the cost, but also can improve the properties of concrete in a certain extent. Based on the research status of recycled coarse aggregate concrete and the characteristic of Xinjiang region, I carry on the experimental study on the use of "double waste" in Xinjiang region, through the study of recycled coarse aggregate concrete incorporated lithium slag, we can save natural resources and protect the environment, which is responded the national policy of conserving energy and reducing emissions, has the important significance of economy, society and environment, and also provide theoretical and experimental support for promoting recycled coarse aggregate concrete incorporated lithium slag of construction project in Xinjiang region.In this paper, the waste concrete in Xinjiang region are broken into recycled coarse aggregate, and I use lithium slag which is industrial waste as admixture to prepare the recycled coarse aggregate concrete incorporated lithium slag, I has the experimental study on the basic mechanical properties and the flexural properties of beams of concrete which has different lithium slag content and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the basic mechanical indicators of the compressive strength of cube,the compressive strength of prism, the splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus,stress-strain curve and the basic flexural properties of beams of the failure process and modes, plane cross, bearing capacity, crack, deflection of recycled coarse aggregate concrete incorporated lithium slag are analyzed.Research results show that, the concrete which incorporated an amount of recycled coarse aggregate and lithium slag can improve the basic mechanical properties and the flexural properties of beams. In the same condition, age is 3d and 7d, the lithium slagcontent and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate are 10% and 30% of concrete, the compressive strength of cube is the largest, the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the lithium slag content are 70% and 10% of concrete,the splitting tensile strength is the largest. In the same condition, age is 28 d, the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the lithium slag content are 30% and20% of concrete, the compressive strength of cube and prism, elastic modulus, peak strain, ultimate load of beam are the largest, and deflection of beam is minimal, the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the lithium slag content are 70% and15% of concrete, the splitting tensile strength is the largest, the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the lithium slag content are 50% and 20% of concrete,the cracking load, the yield load and the ultimate load of normal use of beam are the largest. Lithium slag can effectively inhibit the development of cracks in the beam,recycled coarse aggregate increases the number of cracks in the beam.
