This project is located in the GT Land Plaza of Guangzhou, as the underground passage connecting two adjacent commercial buildings. This region is located in the downtown area of the city center with dense surrounding buildings, underground pipelines near the excavation face, and the import and export of the tunnel are in the underground part of the commercial buildings, considering the time limit for project and poor hydrological and geological conditions. These bring a high demand for the construction environment control, so in order to improve the quality of construction and ensure the efficiency effective engineering construction scheme is necessary.By using numerical simulation method, the tunnel construction process and advance support supporting scheme is analyzed, and determined the optimal reinforcement scheme. Base on Middle-hole method compare and analysis the different construction time of secondary lining. Combining with the actual engineering characteristics and put forward the suggestions on the construction of tunnel. The numerical simulation analysis is made on the entrance and exit construction scheme of tunnel and confirm the feasibility of this project. In order to ensure the normal use of underground pipelines in the construction process the numerical simulation method and combining with the theory of surface subsidence trough is used, and the relationship between the ground settlement and pipeline deformation is analyzed. On the basis of both the pipeline displacement threshold and the existing pavement evenness the control datum of surface subsidence in the course of construction of underground passage is established. This work can provide technical support for construction management and reduce the risk of construction.At last, this paper introduces the main construction control measures of the project and similar projects, and puts forward the suggestions on the construction of the special procedure of the tunnel, and also can be used as an important reference for the future construction.
