With the improvement of the modern residential technology, the development of the prefabricated residence is overwhelming and the PC componentis used in residential building. The technology of prefabricted residence construction is more advanced overseas. This technology get started to be researched in China over the years. For the technology of prefabricated residence construction, the earlier stage input is low, and the construction cycle is short. But supporting facility for the the technology of prefabricated residence construction hasn’t been mature, and the technology in spot lifting that used to be tower crane is outdated. Tower crane only equipped one hoisting system. Because the prefabricated residence needs time to install, which takes up the hoisting system of the lifting equipment. Series operation model reduces the effciency, which will influnce the advancement of the whole technology of prefabricated residence construction. This paper is doing research about the exploitation of the spot prefabricated residence lifting equipment. The construction effciency can be improved on the basic of satisfying the lifting of the PC prefabricate.First, this paper will do a research about the development of the prefabricated residence over the years. The paper will have a general knowledge of the technology domestic and overseas. The working environment and working condition of the lifting equipment in this paper can be conformed.Second, author will study the existing lifting equipment of the domestic and overseas, and konw the advantage and disadvantage of many kinds of lifting equipments as well as their application condition. According to the construction characteristics of the prefabricated residence, author will design the project, function and structure of lifting equipment, and will meet the lifting ability as well as enchance the efficiency in the same time.Third, author will check the strength and stiffness of the lifting equipment with finit element software ANSYS, to ensure the rationality of the equipment’s mainstructure. And then, on the basic of the static analysis, author will make model analysis and transient analysis. The paper will get the displacement of the girder and the stress response in the moment of sling. Then author can determine the lifting velocity, and ensure the safety of the girder.Finally, hoisting simulation of the motor hoist is analyzed in ADAMS software.Steel wire rope and girder are flexed, then the stress value of the whole nodes and the wheel pressure value can be got in ADAMS software. The wheel pressure value will be added to relevant statics model, and then strength of main girders can be checked again.
