At present, the diesel engine is the main power source of power equipm ent. Following the diesel engine starts, the air will be polluted seriously. Ener gy will be used up quickly. Because the oil energy is shortage day by day, s o the strategy about energy conservation and emission reduction become very important. To improve the diesel engine performance, we should propose high er require to it. The motor-dom increasingly attention the fuel economy and E missions targets of the diesel engine. A sort of diesel engines Includes traits o f high pressure and common rail. Employing electronic control technology, it can separate injection pressure and injection process. This technology satisfies these require of the fuel economy and Emissions targets. At present, this tech nology is the hot spot in the filed of Diesel Engine.This paper researched the electronic control unit about a type of diesel e ngine. This exploit is based on the MPC555 microcontroller. The main researc h contents are:Firstly, the scheme designing of the electronic control unit about a sort o f diesel engines including traits of high pressure and common rail. This paper not only analyses overall structure and working principle of the diesel engine s which Includes traits of high pressure and common rail, but also seek out messages which require to manage by the electronic control system. This pape r designed a development program of the electronic control unit and selected the appropriate chip which is dedicated for car.Secondly, the hardware circuit designing of the electronic control unit ab out a sort of diesel engines including traits of high pressure and common rail.This paper designed these hardware circuits of the electronic control unit ab out a sort of diesel engines Including traits of high pressure and common rail,which are based on the MPC555 microcontroller. These hardware circuits include the power circuit, the collecting and processing circuit about the input s ignal, the driving injection circuit, the communication circuit.Thirdly, the manufacture and debugging about the electronic control unit, which is from of a sort of diesel engines including traits of high pressure an d common rail. This paper analysed the work environment and the factors of impacting reliability about the electronic control system and finish the reliabi lity designing about Printed circuit board. This paper seeked out a designing scheme about electromagnetic compatibility.Finally, the circuit board is gived power and its property is examined an d debugged by the oscilloscope.
