In the face of increasingly stringent emission regulations and severe energy crisis,the development of electronically controlled high-pressure common rail system which can accurately control fuel injection quantity and injection time is the research direction of advanced diesel engine technology.As the core unit of the whole electronic control system,ECU has an important influence on the power,economy and emission characteristics of diesel engine.Aiming at the characteristics of bad working environment,large driving load and complex electromagnetic environment of 6-cylinder high-pressure common rail diesel engine,an ECU hardware system is designed based on Infineon AURIXTMTC275microcontroller.Through the analysis of the control function of the 6-cylinder high pressure common rail diesel engine,the type and number of sensors and actuators are obtained,based on which the overall design scheme of the ECU hardware system is determined,and the on-chip resources of the microcontroller are allocated reasonably.The corresponding circuit is designed for the ECU sub-module according to the function to be realized,including the minimum system module,power supply module,signal processing module,power drive module and communication module.According to the requirements of signal processing and driving circuit for anti-interference and heat dissipation of 6-cylinder high-pressure common rail diesel engine ECU,the design of laminated structure,layout and wiring,grounding,heat dissipation and anti-interference of PCB is completed.The ECU hardware system is tested by using hardware-in-the-loop simulation engine under different working conditions.The experimental results show that the signal processed by the signal conditioning circuit of crankshaft and camshaft under different working conditions and different rotational speeds can accurately reflect the position of the engine and provide an accurate angle basis for judging the cylinder of the engine.Secondly,the designed 6-cylinder high-pressure common rail fuel injection drive circuit can provide 18A opening current for the high-voltage solenoid valve Peak control phase and 12A holding current for the Hold stage.At the same time,in the working process of the high-voltage solenoid valve,the power management system can ensure that the output voltage and current meet the needs of the back-end working circuit,so that each voltage module is less affected by the fuel injection work.In summary,the ECU hardware system can achieve normal and stable operation under different operating conditions of the engine,and the design meets the expected requirements.
