A precision machining workshop in Beijing stratified air conditioning scheme as the research object, according to the actual size and air conditioning design parameters, the calculation model of air conditioning airflow organization is established. The FLUENT software for air distribution scheme is used for numerical simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed. Simulation calculation using k-? two equation turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm.The main contents include: Combined with the architecture characteristics, used for numerical simulation are analyzed and calculated by the related back to the tuyere of the geometric parameters and boundary conditions;Simulate air distribution scheme modes in summer and winter respectively; Analyse the influencing factors of the velocity and temperature fields; Small room in the model object, the results of numerical simulation and experimental results are compared, we analyzed the rationality of the results of numerical simulation.Research results show that: Summer conditions more easily realize the stratified air conditioning of tall building, the working condition of winter is relatively difficult, in order to realize the indoor space of upper and lower temperature partitions, using outdoor wind circulation and set up air curtain on the boundary is necessary; For the working condition of the summer, air conditioning zone supply air velocity and angle of the workspace had a greater influence on the flow field, temperature field, when the speed of 4 m/s, air distribution under the angle 0 ° ~ 15 ° effect is best; For winter conditions, the hot air curtain velocity difference of supply air velocity and air conditioning zone supply air velocity on indoor had a greater influence on the flow field, temperature field, when the speed difference of 0.5 m/s best; Hot air curtain distance air conditioning area air supply outlet of air supply outlet for greater influence on the indoor flow field, temperature field, calculated under the condition of both works best when the distance of 1.5 m; After the study of the numerical simulation and quantitative analysis, evaluation of different air distributions, determine the reasonable air distribution scheme, and provide reference for practical engineering design; Point out the feasibility of CFD study method comparing simulation results with the experimental results based on the small model room.
