| With the rapid development of economy and technology, the bridge construction in China is growing by leaps and bounds. In the medium and small span bridge type selection, arc bridge with its unique beautiful shape and reasonable mechanical structure has been widely used bridge engineers. For many in the operational,concrete-filled arc bridge, the damage of the derrick are more obvious.With concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge as the research object, this paper focuses on the derrick arc bridge damaged reasons, to change the research using the method of derrick of derrick construction scheme, and with engineering examples to illustrate how to replace the boom of construction monitoring content. Main work includes the following aspects:(1)The paper introduced the development of arc bridge, this paper summarizes the current research status boom replacement arc bridge at home and abroad.(2)The analysis of the breakage mechanism of derrick, arch bridge model is established using the finite element software Midas/Civil, and the main girder and arch rib of arch bridge on static analysis.(3)To develop the boom replacement scheme design principle, the tension of derrick are determined step length, design a boom replacement construction scheme,and optimize the scheme.(4)By replacement of an engineering example of derrick summed up the derrick construction monitoring in the process of change. |
