Concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)arch Bridges have been widely constructed in China with a rapid development speed.Such Bridges not only combine the advantages of steel tube and concrete materials,but also save costs and have a beautiful shape,which have been widely used in modern bridge construction.In this paper,the construction monitoring of the superlarge bridge on the left line of shijiazhe river is taken as the engineering background,and the structural simulation analysis,local stress analysis,field parameter identification and cable force adjustment are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Midas/Civil software was used to establish the simulation model according to the design drawings and relevant data,and the construction joint section was adopted to solve the problem of different section stiffness of the arch rib,so as to better simulate the stress of shijiazhe bridge during construction,and provide the pre-arch degree according to the deformation amount in the model,laying the foundation for good construction.(2)Midas/FEA finite element software was used to simulate the local stress situation of the arch foot of the bridge,and the stress distribution law of different stages was obtained,providing guidance for construction according to the calculation results.(3)This paper expounds the basic principle of frequency method,calculates the derrick cable force and frequency by ANSYS,considers the influence of the bending stiffness and mass density of the connecting cylinder in the anchor section of the derrick on the derrick vibration,and compares it with the suitable practical formula to calculate the frequency relation.This paper introduces the concept of influence matrix method,which is used to adjust the suspender of arch bridge,and to find out the size of the cable force of each suspender.(4)Establish the numerical analysis model of the bridge's berei beam support and arch rib support,check the bearing capacity and stability of the temporary structure,and ensure the successful erection and construction safety of the temporary support.(5)This paper monitored the whole construction process of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge,accurately measured the linear shape and stress values of the bridge at different construction stages,and compared them with the theoretical calculation values.The results showed that the construction monitoring achieved good results.
