With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for electricity is also increasing,the quality of power supply requirements are also getting higher and higher. Distribution network is responsible for the direct face of the user’s power supply,its running status directly related to the user’s power supply. Given the complexity of the distribution network,users geographic position dispersed and a huge number,when the distribution network leads to fault,it is generally difficult to get a timely solution and response,which impact on the users power supply. Based on this,this paper through the research on the intelligent diagnosis of fault alarm information,fast fault location and the process of fast power restoration to achieve fast power restoration and improve the reliability of power supply. The main contents of this paper include:This paper proposed the fast restoration system for distribution network fault based on multi-system information integration technology,and the function of distribution automation system,distribution production management information system,distribution geographic information system,measurement automation system,marketing system and dispatching integrated application system is introduced. In addition,the interactive data content of above system with fast restoration system for distribution network fault is designed.The intelligent diagnosis platform of distribution network fault is established to replace the traditional artificial for analyzing and processing the fault alarm information,which can achieve the entire process without human intervention and improve the work efficiency. According to the case shows the platform can improve the rapid of fault release,especially in case of bad weather.Two kinds of fault location methods based on fault indicator and the alarm of distribution transformer fault are proposed. The fault location based on fault indicator uses the muti-system information integration technology instead of single fault indicator information,which improves the accuracy of fault location. The fault location based on the alarm of distribution transformation fault analyze and process the fault alarm of distribution transformation which at the end of distribution network to infer the switch may triped,which can achieve the accurate location in automation level is not high region.The fast power restoration based on multi-sectoral linkage is established,which can achieve the rapid transfer of fault information between various departments,eliminating the need for manual direct communication time. Moreover,the fault process is divided into several parts of the repair process,thorough the input link time node information,which can realize fault repair progress information into the public and the relevant personal can control the whole repair process.
