The distribution network is an important part of power grid,its failure will affect the normal power supply to users.Fast relay technology for distribution network fault can effectively improve the ability to dispatch operators to improve and control the network,greatly shorten the time of dealing with and recovering from distribution accidents,and make rapid relay "fast" can greatly improve the economic benefits of power supply enterprises.In this paper,the technology and application of fast fault recovery in the distribution network are studied and analyzed in detail.Firstly,the necessity and significance of fault relay technology in the distribution network are elaborated,and the related technologies such as state estimation,topology identification,and fault location are analyzed.Secondly,according to the situation of distribution network and fault treatment in Shijiazhuang area,through the study of the drawbacks in the process of fault emergency repair of distribution network,and from the aspects of personnel,methods,equipment and environmental factors,aiming at the long time of locating fault outage area and confirming non-low voltage users'fault,reasonable countermeasures are formulated to improve the link of fault emergency repair.Finally,the integrated management platform of distribution emergency repair linkage system and distribution outage information oriented by lean distribution emergency repair mode is developed,which strengthens the management of fault information and outage information,and reduces the cumbersome links and excessive time in the process of fault emergency repair.In order to ensure the security of the application,the security level of authority is set up,and a special security network is established to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of security control measures.The application results show that the key technologies of fast relay system mainly include state estimation and topology identification,fault location and fault recovery.Among them,state estimation,topology identification,and fault location are the key components of the whole fast relay system.The reasonable improvement of these three points will greatly shorten the fault processing time.In order to realize fast recovery of distribution network faults,this paper improves the link of fault emergency repair,develops the linkage system of distribution emergency repair oriented by lean distribution emergency repair mode and the integrated management platform of distribution outage information,thus reducing the cumbersome links and excessive time in the process of fault emergency repair,and ensuring the safety and efficiency of fault emergency repair.
