Prefabricated concrete structure have many advantages, such as short construction period, high product quality, low energy consumption, little environmental pollution and others. It occupies an increasingly important position in the rapid-developing construction industry. But in the prefabricated concrete frame structures, beam-column node connectivity problems directly affect the seismic performance of the overall structure. It is an important issue that can not be ignored.By sleeve grouting docking experiments, the safety anchorage length of steel sleeve was determined. By comparing the assembly node and the cast node, some parameters which can represent the seismic performance index were gotten and similarities and differences on the seismic performance of the two nodes were obtained. Finally, according to test results, mechanical properties and stress mechanism of assembly node can be summarized.Through experiments, the following conclusions were reached: the diameter of 20 mm steel, its anchorage length should be at least longer than 150 mm. And in terms of the corrected formula large diameter sleeve grouting butt specimen is (?). In the test about the edge node, theanchorage length of steel sleeve was 190 mm. The cast node specimen’s failure modes was the beam end moment destruction, while the assembly node specimen’s failure mode was anchor damage. The assembly node was lower than the cast node in energy index and energy dissipation capacity, but the differences were small. The cast node’s secant stiffness was slightly higher than the assembly node’s,but the process of loading the deterioration of their stiffness was consistent. The assembly’s ductility is better than the cast node’s. Through the conclusion, it was found that the prefabricated concrete frame and the cast concrete frame had similar seismic performance. Thus, grouting sleeve assembly frame joints can be applied to concrete structures in practical engineering.
