With the development of urbanization, new rural construction, the aged tendency of the population, the transformation of the construction industry into industrialization of construction industry in China is more and more important. Prefabricated building seismic performance uncertainty became a bottleneck during the construction development, and the component connection is the weakness. Thus, developing a connection that can be satisfied the requirements of assembly seismic and also can achieve the standardized connection form is one of the key aspects of the development of the pre-assembled construction. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional joints, this paper puts forward a new type of beam which is a joint of precast reinforced concrete structure. The characteristic of this kind of joint point is that the assembly beam joint is located in the cross section, and the two ends of the beam are symmetrically distributed, which can reduce the length of the precast beam structure, and is convenient for installation and batch production. Due to the assembly nodes located in the mid span section beam, the tensile stress at the bottom of is the largest, and the tensile can be stand by reinforcement bar. So the reinforced connection is the main controlling factor of the joint.Based on the summary of advantages and disadvantages of a variety of reinforcement bar connection technology, this paper choose the half sleeve grouting connection form the point of view in economy and security.Firstly, to study the bearing capacity and seismic performance of half sleeve grouting connection columns, ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish fine half steel sleeve grouting connection semi column model. And the failure mode, hysteresis curve and skeleton curve of the model are compared to verify the correctness of the mode under low cyclic loading. On this basis, the simulation experiment is carried out with the axial compression ratio as the variable The results show that the stress and bearing capacitv of the steel skeleton are loading. On this basis, the simulation experiment is carried out with the axial compression ratio as the variable. The results show that the stress and bearing capacity of the steel skeleton are increased with the increase of the axial compression ratio, but the ductility and energy dissipation are reduced; It is pointed out that the maximum axial compression ratio should be lower than the limit specified value in seismic design code of buildings.According to the design of R-PC and the technical specification of precast monolithic reinforced concrete structure, a RC frame beam is designed based on the one-level seismic fortification and the model of the different points of connection and the different forms of the connection of the steel bars was established. It is concluded that the design of the beam vertical joint meets the seismic requirements, and the parameters of the beam to beam joint are analyzed.Discussing the influence of the post pouring zone stirrup ratio, steel strength, concrete strength and other parameters on the combination of bearing capacity and hysteric performance under cyclic load, the seismic design of the joint is put forward according to the results.
