With the fast development of power electronics, the volume, power density and efficiency of the power put forward the more strict requirements. Drive circuit is the important part of power converter. High-frequency and high power density power supply is an inevitable trend in the future development. The conventional drive circuit caused too large switching loss under high frequency. This problem is the power MOSFET technology has yet to be resolved. To solve the problems of conventional drive circuit, the Current Source Drivers(CSDs) has been studied in this thesis.Firstly, through the conventional drive circuit and the current source drive circuit in use switch losses contrast, proved that the current source driver circuit to reduce the switching loss advantage.Secondly, a current source driver circuit is proposed, the current of drive circuit inductance approximated to a constant current source, use it to drive the switch on and off, so as to enhance the switching speed of the main circuit switch, to achieve the purpose of reducing the switching losses. Annother advantage is the energy in the inductor can be recovered. A detailed analysis of the working principle of the drive circuit, and through experiments to verify the feasibility of the circuit. At last, proposed another improved current source circuit. This circuit not only to enhance the speed of the switch to reduce the switching losses, but also the driver circuit inductor current is only responsible for driving the switch turns on, the switch does not provide the energy required to maintain conduction, it can reduce the loss of the driving circuit. The operation principle of the circuit, the circuit set up experiments, experimental results proved the correctness of the circuit.
