Research On Fuel Consumption Analysis Model And State Judgments Method Of Large And Medium-sized Vehicles Based On Fuel Sensor

The monitoring platform of transportation process based on the sensor network technology and GPS positioning technology can detect the vehicle speed, direction of travel, location, tire pressure, and the relevant parameters of transport medium during the vehicle traveling. One of the main purposes of the process monitoring of the vehicle transportation is in order to manage the fuel oil safety of vehicle, monitor oil level state of vehicle, and grasp the real-time situation of the fuel consumption. By virtue of analyzing a large amount of the oil level sensor data in real time, the paper gives the fuel consumption model, research and design of the oil level state identification method to manage fuel oil of large and medium-sized vehicles scientifically and practically.Large logistics enterprises have many large long-distance transportation vehicles. Because mobility of the vehicle, fuel oil consumption management often be out of control. In order to solve the problem of fuel consumption management of enterprises, the vehicles were installed the on-board wireless sensor and oil level sensor.The vehicle terminal can collect vehicle fuel oil data, latitude and longitude of the vehicle, vehicle speed, direction, posture of travel data periodically. After vehicle wireless sensor terminal and business management departments to establish communications services, these vehicles have been incorporated into a vast network of wireless sensor. When the collected data of each vehicle terminal was transmitted to the communication server of the enterprise, the status of GPS positioning data and oil state had been monitored.The sensor with 30 seconds for the sampling period collect oil level data and save the data to the database in real-time. Though a large amount of fuel sensor historical data analysis and processing, fuel data analysis model and state recognition algorithm were researched and designed in order to the status of each of the fuel sampling points are identified as ‘using, oil filling, oil leaking,stopping’. Thus oil filling time, oil filling value, oil leaking time, oil leaking value and daily oil consumption value can be calculated and perceived. It provides to prevent scientific basis of property loss, in order that business can judge and monitor the illegal behavior such as driver and conductor ’false declaration, stealing and selling oil.
