Due to the beautiful appearance, strong metal texture, excellent water and air barrier properties, recyclable and other advantages, the hot stamping foil has been widely used in the packaging industry. With the development of technology, People packaging materials and fine securit y requirements cont inue to increase, holographic grating transfer paper used more and more widely. Holographic grating transfer is the transfer of technology to produce color layer may refraction, diffract ion grat ing structure of light, visually showing the effect of Symphony. Raster transfer process generally at a higher temperature and pressure, upon which the transfer coating ha s good heat resistance and pressure resistance, the transfer process can not take place sticky roller grat ing. ABS with excellent overall performance. It is both tough and hard, just excellent mechanical propert ies with a balanced, good formabilit y, easy d yeing and electroplat ing, etc., However, ABS resins have low heat distort ion temperature, defects and poor compatibilit y with polar substances. So this paper proposes a post of ABS graft modificat ion, to apply it to the raster transfer coat ing, the transfer coating to develop a new type of grating.In this thesis, the ABS graft modificat ion methods, and maleic anhydride(MAH) and but yl methacrylate(BMA) is a graft monomer to obtain a ABS graft copolymer. By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) gr aft product was characterized, it confirmed the feasibilit y of the solut ion graft ing process, and to study the kind and amount of init iator on the graft ing rate. And thermal stabilit y, melt index, mechanical properties, a graft polymer solut ion viscosit y a nd other properties of a series of characterizat ion tests. On this basis, the preparation of the ABS-g-BMA / MAH double monomer grafted polymers, ABS-g-BMA / MAH the TGA test results show that the dual-monomer graft-modified, the thermal stabilit y of ABS resin markedly improved.The ABS graft polymer prepared coated test to study the effects of different graft ing polymer coat ing propert y. The result ing coat ings were tested raster transfer, by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) investigated the effect of the coating and the transfer of the grating and the polarit y of the toner ABS compatibilit y. The results showed that, after the twin monomer grafted ABS-gBMA / MAH mo lded coat ing has a high luminance, compared to ABS, ABS-gMAH and ABS-g-BMA, transfer coating grat ing significantly improved performance, raster transfer lines clear and nonpolar dye precipitated. Successfully obtained novel grat ing having a high brightness, excellent in the effect of transferring the grating transfer coating.
