Due to complementary advantages in the original basis, two or more hybrid fiber improve the performance of concrete, therefore more and more attended by people. In the view of improving the performance of concrete, at the same time, cost control in the low level will not only save resources also can reduce the burden of engineering construction unit. In this paper, combined with fiber concrete of the existing research results, make a research about basalt-polyacrylonitrile fiber hybrid fiber concrete. The research contains mechanical properties and impermeable crack resistance.(1) On the basis of C40 concrete, with hybrid fiber content changes and the blending ratio, hybrid fiber and fly ash double mixing, fly ash and expansive agent mixed with hybrid fiber basic mechanics performance of concrete were studied. And the enhancement mechanism is analyzed.(2)With plate cracking test, hybrid fiber concrete early crack was studied. Results show that the mixed hybrid fiber and expansion agent can significantly delayed cracking time and reduce the cracking area.(3)With the method of electric flux and capillary water absorption test, the hybrid fiber concrete permeability resistance tests have been carried out with hybrid fiber, fly ash and expansion agent. Results show that the three mixed than alone adding can more effectively improve the permeability resistance.
