Large amount of hydration heat will be released in concrete account for the relatively high volume. Thus, it could cause high temperature difference between inside and outside, and sometimes the temperature difference could be up to 50℃, which could induce temperature stress and cracks. By exploring the testing method of the concrete adiabatic temperature rise, this article researches the low hydration low-temperature-increased concrete which depends on the complexation theory. The following results can be concluded:On the basis of the water bath environment, this article developed a device which can test the adiabatic temperature rise. Verifying by testing 3 kinds of cement-based materials in different dimensionality, it can be found that this device is in good precision and it can be used to test the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete.By exploring the influences from fly ash, slag, gangue and metakaolin on the concrete temperature rise and mechanical property, it’s verified that the temperature rise of concrete is controlled with the mix of these kinds of admixtures. Furthermore, the two exothermic peaks of concrete are weakened when increasing the amount of admixtures.This article researches the effects that the 3 chemical reagents(sodium citrate, boric acid and admixture E) have on the temperature rise of concrete, and the workability and mechanical property of concrete. It’s confirmed that chemical admixture E is the more ideal admixture and its ideal mixing amount is 0.5%.At the same time, it researches the influences that admixture E have on the concrete’s workability, setting time, mechanical property and durability. With the mixing of admixture E, the water-retaining property, cohesion and Liquidity of concrete are all improved. Meanwhile, the setting time prolongs. And the concrete’s mechanical property reduces when increasing the mixing amount. When the mixing amount is 0.5%, the concrete strength reduces a little. In addition, the concrete’s permeability increases a little and the concrete’s contractility enhance.By Microanalysis, it can be found admixture E reacts with cement particles in the cement system and creates new substance. Meanwhile, to some extent, the Ca(OH)2 created from concrete is reduced.
