| Nearly four decades of reform and opening up, China’s national standard of life is increasing, more and more buildings are springing up in general as they stand, and accompanied by large numbers of these buildings, a large number of related industries, has entered a "industry spring ", such as building materials, decoration, and so on. At present, the market most of these industries, the materials they use in all contain more or less of an organic compound. These compounds remain in the air for a long time, and brings to a lot of health threats, and even life-threatening. Under such circumstances, how can such organic compounds, VOC gas detection of high efficiency, high accuracy, has become one of the topics frequently raised and concerns within the industry.In response to these phenomena, the purpose of this system is designed to achieve the VOC gas detection. From the end of the century began to use the rise of an emerging technology--PID photoionization technology as the core technology. And can achieve continuous detection line, real-time data updates, DS1302 electronic clock, TFTLCD liquid crystal display, sound and light dual alarm and SD card data storage capabilities.PID sensor of choice is produced by the British company Alpha PID-A1 sensor, which has high accuracy, high concentrations of low detection sensitivity, wide detection range, fast response, long life and other characteristics. Basic information ppb concentration can tell the order of the detection range can be from 0 to 6000 ppm, the response time can be achieved within 20 ms, the average life expectancy of the UV lamp inside the sensor can basically reach 5,000 hours.In this paper, PID sensor and STM32 bulk processing chip as the core framework, presented an overview of the overall system and compo sition, design the corresponding signal processing, electronic clock, sound and light alarm hardware module, complete the hardware circuit design work, write the corresponding software handler, introduces knowledge of digital filtering algorithms. And experimentally verified the relevant data, combined with the actual test results, the design of the entire system as well as a summary of future prospects and put forward some ideas. |
