In order to realize the intelligentization and improve the security of the domestic battery production equipment, this paper makes a deep research on the zinc paste injection device of alkaline manganese dioxide battery, which mainly focuses on the improvement of its production process and control system.In view of the traditional mechanical or electromagnetic valve control method, the precision is not high, the production efficiency is low, which is not suitable for large scale production. Referring to the foreign advanced battery production line, this paper designed a new type of NJ controller based on the principle of the quantitative output of servo drive, and designed a new type of multi station rotary table type zinc injection machine. The main research contents are as follows:First of all, this paper introduces the process of the battery production line and the mechanism of the design of the zinc paste injection. Through the analysis of the performance and technical requirements of the zinc paste injection machine of the alkaline zinc manganese battery, the design of the mechanical structure of the zinc paste injection machine was carried out, including a zinc paste injection mechanism, a zinc paste weight weighing mechanism, an outlet conveying mechanism and a visual inspection mechanism. At the same time, the scheme of hardware and software of control system is determined.Then, the hardware platform of the control system is built according to the determined hardware scheme. For the main controller, the main motor and inverter, servo unit, I/O unit, touch screen and other peripheral equipment, etc. according to the system requirements of a reasonable selection. Among them, in order to solve the servo motor with rotary host problem. The system uses the electrical slip ring servo unit and the external circuit connection, and complete the design of hardware circuit and the anti-interference measures of the system. Software is the soul of a device, the hardware system is constructed and the software is designed. The design of the control program of the NJ controller and the design of the NS touch screen are included in the design of the software system of the zinc paste injection machine. According to the specific requirements of the visual inspection system, the design of the detection method and the overall structure of the system are determined, and the visual inspection platform is built.Finally, the control system can realize the high precision control of the multi motor through a single set of motor experiment. And the shortage of this design is also prospected.
